# Your inbox

Your leads page lists the requests for proposals sent to the venues you manage. It is organized so the thing waiting on your reply is always on top, and it shows the work worth doing even when no lead is live.

## Availability requests

Before a planner's RFP is formally sent, the MeetingWorks team may ask you to confirm your guest rooms and meeting space on the dates. These availability requests sit above your leads in their own block, each with a response window. Answering early keeps your venue in play.

## Your leads

Leads are split into two bands:

* **Waiting on your reply**, the leads that still need an answer from one of your venues.
* **Everything else**, the leads that are answered, decided, or closed.

Each lead shows the brief in the order a director of sales weighs it: dates, room block, meeting space, and headcount. A fact the RFP did not state reads "Not specified", so you can tell what the planner left out from what MeetingWorks did not show you. For a multi-venue lead, a meter shows how many of your venues have replied.

The planner's identity stays hidden while the event name reads "Undisclosed event". You see who the planner is once you agree terms or subscribe.

## Your venues

Below the leads, a readiness ledger lists every venue you manage and what a planner cannot yet see about it, such as no description, no meeting space, no room sizes, no menus, or no photos. Each gap links to the editor that closes it. A venue goes weeks between requests, so closing these gaps is the work that pays off in between.

## Your response time

A scoreboard shows your median answer time next to venues in your market. Replying faster wins more business, so it tells you plainly whether you are ahead of or behind your market, once both sides have enough answered leads to compare fairly.
