Venue sourcing for corporate, association, and third-party planners. Describe the event once, get proposals back.

MeetingWorks connects meeting planners with the hotels and venues that fit their event. A planner describes the event in plain language, a person checks the brief, and only qualified requests reach the venues that can actually host them. There is no directory to browse and no mass RFP blast to send.

Who it is for

MeetingWorks serves two kinds of customer, and each works in their own space.

Planners

Brief the event and decide between good options. Briefing, comparing proposals, and booking are free.

Suppliers

Hotels and the venues around an event, such as restaurants, activities, and production partners, receive only requests that match what they offer and respond where the conversation already lives.

The two sides meet at one thing: a checked brief. A person reviews every request before it reaches a venue, so planners spend time only on venues that can host, and venues spend time only on real, qualified business.
