Your dashboard
Your meetings page: every event, what is waiting on you, and how far along each one is.
Your meetings page is your home as a planner. It is a ledger over your own events, not a venue lookup. One row per meeting, newest activity first, with everything about that event one click away.
Needs you
At the top, a short “Needs you” list names anything whose next move is yours, each a link to where you make it:
- Finish or approve a brief you started.
- Review proposals that have come in for a round.
- Make changes a review asked for.
- Chase hotels that have gone silent.
The meetings table
Each row is an event, the durable container your RFP rounds hang off. For every meeting you can see:
- Status, such as sourcing, active, awarded, or completed.
- Where and when, and the attendee count.
- RFPs, with each round’s position on a sourcing-progress meter. The meter steps through drafted, submitted, sent, proposals in, and decided, so you can see at a glance how far a round has gone.
- Documents you uploaded, with older versions folded behind the current one. A file removed after its retention window shows the day it went, and the details read from it stay.
- Last activity, so the list orders itself by what moved most recently.
Reusing and organizing
- Reuse copies a meeting’s brief into a fresh request with the dates cleared, so a recurring event does not start from scratch.
- Groups let you name a level over your meetings, such as “Board meetings”. A meeting sits in one group or none, and deleting a group never deletes a meeting.
Unsent briefs
Briefs you started but never turned into an RFP sit in their own section below the table, each named from what you stated. Resume one to pick up where you left off.
