Market intelligence

Where planner demand is concentrating, by market, anonymized.

Market intelligence shows where planner demand is building across markets, so you can see which markets are heating up and how quickly demand there turns into booked business. It is available to active subscribers.

What it shows

The view is a table of demand metrics by market, over a time window you choose. For each market you see:

  • Qualified RFPs, the volume of checked requests in that market.
  • Conversion, how much of that demand turns into booked business.
  • Pipeline velocity, how fast validated demand moves through, measured in days.

You can set the window to the last 30 days, the last 90 days, the last 12 months, or all time, and limit the table to active markets.

No money, and no single request exposed

The metrics are counts, ratios, and days. Money is never involved. A market with too few RFPs to anonymize is suppressed and shows a dash instead of a number, so no single request can be identified.
